Submission Guidelines

• Participants have to submit a research paper abstract on the topic of their interest in one of the themes mentioned for the conference. 

• The following documents have to be enclosed along with the submission:

  • A certificate from the Head of the Department/Head of the Institution stating that the participant is a bonafide student of the institution and the paper is an original work. 

  • Photocopy of the participant’s college identity card. 

• There are no restrictions in the number of entries from an institution. 

• The papers will be evaluated and shortlisted by a panel of eminent academicians in the field of Psychology. 

• The conference committee will look for the following criteria for the selection of abstracts:

  • Originality and theoretical foundations

  • Quality of methods and/or conceptual organization

  • Contribution to the field and clarity

  • Practical relevance to the conference  

Abstract Guidelines

• Papers are invited from the participants in the fields of Psychology, Social Work, Forensic Sciences, and Law from their respective sub-themes of the conference.

• The following guidelines are to be followed to complete the abstract submission

  • The title page of the abstract should include the research title, name, designation, affiliation, and email address of the authors. 

  • The abstract should not exceed 250 words. 

  • Add 4-5 keywords maximum.

  • The Microsoft Word document should be formatted with font Times New Roman, Double Spaced, Single Column, Font Size 12.

• The abstracts should be sent by filling out the Google form which can be accessed by clicking on to the following link: https://forms.gle/qiQvpJ1nC8itUXYeA on or before 15/11/2023.

Ethical Considerations

• Empirical research should either be completed or close to completion at the time of the submission for the presentation at the conference. 

• Those papers which had been presented elsewhere, scheduled for presentation for other conferences, published, or accepted for publication elsewhere will not be accepted. 

• The submission should clearly mention the area of research, methodology, conclusions that have been reached, and the contribution of the research.
