Submission Guidelines
Participants have to submit a research paper abstract on the topic of their interest in one of the themes mentioned for the conference.
The following documents have to be enclosed along with the submission:
A certificate from the Head of the Department/Head of the Institution stating that the participant is a bonafide student of the institution and the paper is an original work.
Photocopy of the participant’s college identity card.
There are no restrictions in the number of entries from an institution.
The papers will be evaluated and shortlisted by a panel of eminent academicians in the field of Psychology.
The conference committee will look for the following criteria for the selection of abstracts:
Originality and theoretical foundations
Quality of methods and/or conceptual organization
Contribution to the field and clarity
Practical relevance to the conference
Abstract Guidelines
Papers are invited from the participants in the fields of Psychology, Social Work, Forensic Sciences, and Law from their respective sub-themes of the conference.
The following guidelines are to be followed to complete the abstract submission
The title page of the abstract should include the research title, name, designation, affiliation, and email address of the authors.
The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
Add 4-5 keywords maximum.
The Microsoft Word document should be formatted with font Times New Roman, Double Spaced, Single Column, Font Size 12.
The abstracts should be sent by filling out the Google form which can be accessed by clicking on to the following link: https://forms.gle/qiQvpJ1nC8itUXYeA on or before 15/11/2023.
Ethical Considerations
Empirical research should either be completed or close to completion at the time of the submission for the presentation at the conference.
Those papers which had been presented elsewhere, scheduled for presentation for other conferences, published, or accepted for publication elsewhere will not be accepted.
The submission should clearly mention the area of research, methodology, conclusions that have been reached, and the contribution of the research.
Presentation Guidelines
Participants have to submit final presentation (.ppt) of their research work for the conference.
The presentation (.ppt format only) should be submitted as per the following guidelines:
Kindly download the format and should use it only [Link: .ppt].
Kindly do not add or more slides [except Result section if the result tables do not come on the single slide].
Kindly maintain the visible font size and color throughout the presentation.
While making the .ppt keep the presentation time i.e., 5 + 2 Minutes.
Kindly avoid using animation, bright colors and multiple fonts throughout the presentations.
Kindly name you .ppt with the provided abstract ID, your received with the abstract acceptance e-mail.
The final .ppt should be submitted on or before 13 December 2023 [11:59 PM].
